The basics
These terms are an agreement between you and Chakrit Thong Ek (KINET LAB), based in Singapore. By playing, you agree to them; if you don’t, please don’t use the game. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data. Questions go to support@kinetlab.games.
You need to be 13 or older. If you’re too young to agree to terms like these where you live, a parent or guardian needs to agree with you.
A game that keeps growing
We keep adding to and tuning the game, so levels, features, rewards and prices can change. Access may be limited, and a free trial or invite doesn’t guarantee future access or a release date.
Browser saves are lost if you clear site data, and a cloud save may not include your very last change. You cover your own device and data costs.
Your account and fair play
Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if someone else gets into your account. Don’t impersonate anyone, harass other players, share harmful content, attack the service, exploit bugs for rewards or rig races and leaderboards.
We may limit an account to protect players or the game, and we’ll explain why where we can. You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your account.
What’s ours and what’s yours
The game, characters, art, music and code belong to KINET LAB or the people who licensed them to us. You may play on devices you’re allowed to use, but not sell, copy or reuse the game to make something else.
You’re welcome to stream and post gameplay with your own commentary. The media kit has its own simple rules for press and creators.
Feedback you send stays yours, and you let us use it to improve the game. Challenges and replays you share can be shown to other players through the game, and the people you send them to can pass them on.
Rewards and payments
Buttons, stars, medals, items and prizes are part of the game. They have no cash value, can’t be exchanged for money or moved outside the game, and may be rebalanced. Leaderboard prizes wait in Gifts for 30 days.
In the Android and iPhone apps you can buy Button packs, the Starter Pack and the Ad-Free Pass (30 days without the ads between levels) through Google Play or Apple’s App Store. The price is shown before you pay, that store’s terms apply, and refunds follow that store’s refund policy and your legal rights. Rewards for watching an ad are given only when the ad finishes. Purchases aren’t available on iPhone or in the browser yet.
Apple, Google and others
Apple and Google don’t run Bouncing Buddies and aren’t part of these terms; we’re responsible for the game and its support. Their store terms also apply. On iPhone, Apple’s standard licence agreement applies alongside these terms. Open-source parts of the game keep their own licences. Apple and the Apple logo are trademarks of Apple Inc. Android is a trademark of Google LLC; the Android robot is reproduced from work created and shared by Google and used under the Creative Commons 3.0 Attribution License.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep the game running, but games have bugs and downtime, so it’s provided as it is. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law, including for fraud or anything else that can’t legally be excluded.
Changes and disputes
We may update these terms as the game grows, with notice for significant changes where required. Singapore law applies, without removing the protections you have where you live. If something goes wrong, email support@kinetlab.games first and we’ll try to put it right. These terms don’t force arbitration or stop you going to a court or regulator.
