Terms of use
The ground rules for playing Mewmetry.
In short
- Be kind and play fair: no cheating, attacking the game or rigging leaderboards.
- The game keeps growing, so levels and features may change.
- Paw Coins and items have no cash value. Purchases go through Google Play or the App Store.
- The game and its art belong to us. You’re welcome to stream it and make videos.
- Nothing here takes away your legal rights as a consumer.
The basics
These terms are an agreement between you and Chakrit Thong Ek (KINET LAB), based in Singapore. By playing, you agree to them; if you don’t, please don’t use the game. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data. Questions go to support@kinetlab.games. You need to be 13 or older; if you’re too young to agree to terms like these where you live, a parent or guardian needs to agree with you.
A game that keeps growing
We keep adding to and tuning Mewmetry, so levels, features, rewards and prices can change. A save that lives only on your phone is lost if you uninstall, and a cloud save may not include your very last move. You cover your own device and data costs.
Fair play
Keep your sign-in safe. Don’t attack the service, exploit bugs for rewards, or tamper with the game or leaderboards. We may limit an account to protect players or the game, and we’ll explain why where we can. You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your account.
What’s ours and what’s yours
The game, Momo, the puzzles, art, music and code belong to KINET LAB or the people who licensed them to us. You may play on devices you’re allowed to use, but not sell, copy or reuse the game to make something else. You’re welcome to stream and post gameplay with your own commentary. Feedback you send stays yours, and you let us use it to improve the game.
Coins, items and payments
Paw Coins, hints and Wardrobe items are a licence to use them in the game. They have no cash value and can’t be sold or exchanged. Seasonal items are on sale only during their event. Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store under their terms, and refunds follow their rules and your consumer rights.
Apple, Google and others
Apple and Google aren’t responsible for Mewmetry and don’t provide support for it. Their own terms apply to your use of their stores.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep Mewmetry running and fair, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of bugs. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that can’t be limited by law.
Changes and disputes
We may update these terms; we’ll change the date at the top and tell you in the app if the change matters. Singapore law applies, without taking away protections you have where you live. If something goes wrong, email support@kinetlab.games first and we’ll try to sort it out.
